DCU in the Community

Welcome to Sustainable DCU

 

Sustainable DCU Launch  was held on On 26th May 2011. Sustainable DCU is a major element of the 2009-2011 Civic Engagement Stategy. It is based upon a number of initiatives which are hoped to have the combined effect of "greening" the University. A core element of the strategy is to make DCU a sustainable environment for students, staff and visitors and to involve all DCU citizens in this initiative. The project it is hoped will result in positive effects on both the environment and the energy bill of the University. The success of the project is based on a joint effort from students and staff alike.
