Biography: Billy Kelly studied economics in UCD and worked in the ESRI in the early 1980s before joining NIHED, now DCU. Billy’s interests and lecturing has ranged across the Economics field and includes some aspects of Finance. After running the MBA programme for seven years in the 1990s, he is just finishing another seven year stint running the B.B.S. degree at DCUBS.
