From the outset, Dublin City University Business School has recognised the importance of taking a global view on business.

DCUBS is actively involved in a wide array of international research projects, student and lecturer exchanges, and other international ventures, which are central to our existence. In addition, all of our programmes have a strong international focus. Our outlook, and our reach, is truly global.

International Programme Accreditation and Affiliations

• All of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes are recognised internationally.
• In addition, our MBA programme is accredited internationally by the Association of MBAs (AMBA).
• DCUBS is a member institution of the International Partnership of Business Schools (IPBS), a consortium of leading business schools in the UK, USA, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, and Mexico.

DCUBS Graduates Blaze a Trail across the Globe

• A significant proportion of DCUBS graduates opt to work or study overseas immediately after graduation or at a more advanced stage in their careers.
• Graduates work in countries as far afield as the USA, Australia, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Japan.

Experienced International Faculty

• Our faculty bring a wealth of international experience. More than 70 per cent of staff have worked internationally.

International Atmosphere on Campus

• There is a strong international flavour to life at DCUBS with 102 countries represented on campus and international students comprising 22% of the student body.
• Walk through the lobby of the Business School as students stream out from lectures and you can expect to hear French, German, Spanish, Irish, Chinese, Japanese – they are all languages taught within the University.

International Student Exchanges

• A significant proportion of DCUBS students travel to Europe, Japan, China, the USA and a host of other destinations for up to two years as an integral part of their degree.

International Collaborative Research Projects

In addition to individual and group collaboration on international research projects, our research centres have a strong international focus:

• Centre for Consumption Studies (CCS): Collaboration with University of Edinburgh Business School (UK) and the School of Business and Economics at the University of Exeter (UK). Co-authored projects with Clemson University (USA), Deakin University (Australia), Université de Bretagne Occidentale (France), Bentley College (USA), Arizona State University (USA) and University of Ulster (UK).
   
• Centre for Research on Student Learning and Teaching (CReST): Collaboration with University of Seville (Spain) and Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and Loughborough University (UK).
   
• Learning, Innovation and Knowledge Research Centre (LInK): Collaboration with Arizona State University (USA), De Montfort University (UK) and Kingston University, (UK).
