25th September 2009: CEE hosted a seminar led by Prof. Stafford Hood, the Sheila M. Miller Proffessor of Education and head of Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Illinois. Prof. Hood is widely known in the fields of program evaluation and assessment. His work has opened the largely new field of culturally sensitive evaluation. His topic for the seminar will concern this area.
