Sick Pay
After how many days out sick is a medical cert required? Staff need a certificate for absences in excess of two days, i.e. on the third day of continuous absence a medical certificate is required.
How many days uncertified sick leave can be taken in a year?

Permanent Staff: 7 days in a rolling 12 month period
Full-Time Temporary staff: 7 days pro rata in a rolling 12 month period
After how many days sick leave should a staff member inform the department of Family & social affairs? 3 days
