New staff currently going through the probation process

Aims of this course:

•  define what is "probation"
•  identify who is involved and how the probationary process operates
•  identify what new staff members gain from the probationary process
•  provide tips on how to approach the assessment interview and complete the probationary assessment form.

At the end of this workshop, participants will have learned:

•  the importance of the probationary year for them
•  what the probation process involves
•  how to approach the assessment interviews 
•  how to complete the probationary assessment form.
