Making the most of PMDS - Reviewee Training (Refresher)

Target Audience:
Staff who have already attended PMDS training but who wish to refresh their knowledge of PMDS
and their ability to set work objectives and development goals.

Aims of this course:
This course will aim to meet the particular needs of reviewees and will focus on how best to utilise the
review meeting.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
•  complete the PMDS forms comprehensively and in a manner that fully reflects their performance and achievements
•  understand and explore the feedback given by the reviewer
•  set S.M.A.R.T. objectives and goals.
