Making the most of PMDS - Reviewer Training (Refresher)

Target Audience:
Reviewers who have already undertaken the PMDS training but now wish to revise/update their skills.
Aims of this course:
This course aims to meet the specific needs of reviewers and in particular support the reviewer in their role
of implementing PMDS.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
• assist the reviewee to reflect constructively on their performance and set realistic objectives and development goals
• offer the reviewee feedback that is both constructive and challenging
• assist the reviewee to set S.M.A.R.T. work objectives and development goals.
