Aims of this course:

•  identify how participants can communicate more effectively with the Dean / Head of School /
   Unit / Manager   
•  help participants deal confidently and negotiate effectively with others
•  improve participants' organisational skills (e.g. diary management, e-mail management)   
•  practice effective telephone manner
•  highlight to participants how to project an image of self-confidence and professionalism.

At the end of this workshop, participants will have learned how to:

•  communicate more effectively with the Dean / Head of School / Unit / Manager
•  organise work better
•  deal with confidential information
•  project an image of self-confidence and professionalism.
