What we do?
T&D is committed to supporting you through the provision of organised training and development courses together with customised training interventions.
Training & Development Schedule
The T&D schedule has 10 broad categories which offer over 60 courses ranging from 2 hour workshops to more extended programmes run over the academic year.
Booking a course
Before applying for a course you should consider what you want to achieve from the course and discuss this with your head of school or department.
Internal Consultancy
T&D also provides an internal consultancy service to assist headsof schools/units and managers to meet the specific needs of their departments.
Moving on from the university
As a staff member your contract of employment may be coming to an end. The university in appreciating this time of transition would like to highlight and recommend the supports outlined on the following pages.
