T&D also provides an internal consultancy service to assist heads of schools/units and managers to meet the specific
needs to their departments.  We work collaboratively with them to:

• problem-solve and advice on needs and issues
• provide support in the engagement of external consultants and in clarifying the consultancy brief
• identify training and development solutions

Areas of support in the past have included managing change, e.g. school and units restructuring and team development, facilitating focus groups and away days.
