The Training and Development Section (T&D) is committed to supporting the training and development of all staff in DCU.   

To meet this commitment we coordinate the delivery and provision of:

• centrally organised training and development courses

• customised training interventions and organisational development for specific groups of staff or schools/units

• consultation and advice for schools, units and individuals in terms of personal and and professional development including career development

• paid study and examination leave
