International Student Support
The International has an innovative On-line Student Support and Service network for our International Students. We use web facilities to support you while you are here in DCU. We are available to meet with students, email and telephone. We will keep you updated of any necessary changes e.g., Immigration updates, by email, and keep you up-to-date with activities and events through our Facebook Page.
Student Advice Desk
The International Office has a team of International Student Advisors available from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm in the International Office, All Hallows Campus Drumcondra. We provide support for all international students including advice on Visa requirements.,during their time in Dublin City University. Our aim is to help make your time at DCU as rewarding and enjoyable as possible.
International Student Advisors work in conjunction with other services offered by Student Support & Development, and with academic and administrative staff throughout the University. You can contact Student Support and Development colleagues in the Student Advice Centre, Henry Grattan Building opposite the main restaurant on the Glasnevin Campus, in relation to personal, social or practical issues, from simple requests for information to more confidential and serious matters.
On-line Letter Request Service

There are a number of letters that you may need while you are here in DCU. You will need your student username and password to log into this facility. We offer the option for you to collect your letter at our collection point in the Student Advice Centre, or we will post the letter to you.
Letter Post Service
Letters will be posted within 2 days of the request being received. If you wish to collect your letter you will need to bring your student card with you. Our post service will use the current address on your portal page, so please make sure you keep this updated.
