ISS currently maintain a number of computer labs across campus on behalf of various schools and faculties, and are responsible for:
- Hardware maintenance
- Software installation and configuration
- Printer maintenance

ISS are not responsible for the maintenance of computer labs in the faculty of Engineering and Computing.
