Who should I contact If I cannot access my DCUapps Gmail account? Answer
The Alumni Office can reset your DCU network password for you.
Can all Alumni have a DCUapps account? Answer
Currently these accounts are available to all DCU and SPD alumni who already have a DCU webmail account. This is all DCU alumni who graduated since 2002.
I graduated before 2002, can I have a DCUapps Gmail account? Answer
Unfortunately not yet. We are working on making this possible. Once enabled the Alumni Office will be able to create the account for you and give you access. We hope to have this available soon.
Can I have a mail address @alumni.dcu.ie? Answer
No. We have chosen not to change your email address once you graduate. This means that you keep the same email address through college and beyond.
