Candidates are required to give at least 3 months notice of their intention to submit for examination. See dates below. The completed form and a typed 200-word abstract that includes the candidate’s name and student number should be submitted to Registry at least 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled meeting of the Graduate Studies Board (GSB) – see Schedule of Meetings at http://www.dcu.ie/timetables/ |

This form should normally be submitted to Registry at the time of submission of thesis for examination i.e. by July for Autumn conferring and November for Spring conferring (see Academic Calendar at http://www.dcu.ie/timetables/) and again at the time of submission of the final bound thesis.
