In order to celebrate the launch of the Comparative Literature Association of Ireland (CLAI) by the Royal Irish Academy, the School of Applied Languages and Intercultural Studies is hosting the first International Postgraduate Symposium in Comparative Literature, in Dublin City University. In so doing, we aim to provide a platform in which to nurture further dialogue amongst postgraduate researchers, academics and all investigators interested in this newly established discipline which is Comparative Literature.

This one-day Comparative Literature Symposium is composed of 24 presentations by Postgraduate Students relating to:
