Dr. Rita Glover
Dr. Rita Glover is an Assistant Professor of Psychotherapy, Chair of the Doctorate in Psychotherapy programme and lecturer on the MSc in Psychotherapy in Dublin City University, Ireland.
Rita has conducted hermeneutic phenomenological research on the experience of being-responsible in psychotherapeutic supervision, for her PhD studies.
Dr. Glover's specialist lecturing interests (nationally and internationally) include clinical supervision, integrative psychotherapy, couple and psychosexual therapy.
Dr Glover is an accredited supervisor and an accredited psychotherapist. She provides individual and group supervision to novice, pre-accredited and experienced therapists in educational, not for-profit and private settings and has responsibility for the design and delivery of the psychotherapy supervision strand of the Doctorate in Psychotherapy programme.
Dr. Aisling McMahon
Dr. Aisling McMahon is a chartered clinical psychologist and Associate Fellow of PSI, and an IAHIP accredited psychotherapist and supervisor.
She has 25 years' clinical experience in both the public and private sector and has worked as an Assistant Professor in DCU since 2015.
Following doctoral research on supervision in 2011, and continued study and development of her own supervisory knowledge and skills,
Aisling has enjoyed regularly offering supervisor training workshops for practitioners, presenting papers and workshops on supervision at national and international conferences, and also publishing peer-reviewed articles in this area.
