Health Promotion

The student health centre is committed to promoting health and education for students and staff. We have a wide selection of health promotion materials which we make available as general information sources. We run different awareness days and workshops during the year.
We provide confidential one-to-one support and advice on lifestyle change in various areas such as healthy eating, physical activity, alcohol consumption, and smoking.

During the semester time the nursing hours are normally covered by a full-time permanent nurse and one temporary nurse.  During vacation there is normally only one nurse present. There are no Doctor clinics running during the vacation period.
