Email Configuration After All Migrations Completed

Once the process is complete for all staff, DCU email will be configured to work as below. Staff will be notified of this configuration change in advance towards the end of the project.

  • All new incoming mail will sent directly to your new DCU Apps account.
  • The old spam system and the old DCU mail system will be decommissioned.
  • You will no longer receive spam quarantine messages.
  • Spam and virus filtering will be performed on the new DCU Apps email server.
  • Spam messages will be visible in your spam folder within your new DCU Apps email account.
